Sébastien is second generation Morzine Immobilier. Having lived in the area all his life he has an unsurpassable amount of local knowledge and contacts in the property world.

He studied in Paris for his Property degree before returning to Morzine to continue working at Morzine Immobilier. He is a qualified member of the Chambre des Experts Immobiliers FNAIM (the French equivalent of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors)

Within the Morzine area he has worked on some of the major residential developments as well as advised on hotels, retail and catered chalet sales. With this knowledge as well as his vast amount of local contacts, he is able to source property which is not currently on the market in order to fulfill your requirements.

Paul Watts

Having been a leading property professional in London, Paul has been living in Morzine for 3 years and has decided to bring his wealth of experience and expertise to the Alps.

After studying property at university he went onto qualify as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

He worked in London for 17 years for some of the top property companies heading up teams in sales before going onto initiating large scale commercial/residential property development.

Elodie Michaud

Elodie is also second generation Morzine Immobilier. Having worked at MI for 6 years she has built up both a considerable and impressive letting business for the company. Elodie covers all aspects of the rental market from weekly to more permanent year round lets.

With her depth of knowledge on the rental market in the area she is able to advise you on all situations if you are considering the rental prospects on your new purchase.  If you own a property at present she would be more than happy to sit down with you to discuss potential rental income returns.
